15 Min Week is built so that what you write stays with you. The short version: we don't collect any data.
What the app stores
Your work hours, work days, alert preference and the answers you type at each check-in are saved in a single file on your iPhone. That file is protected by iOS encryption and is excluded from iCloud backups.
What leaves your phone
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code, and it makes no network connections.
Daily summaries
On devices with Apple Intelligence, the end-of-day summary is written by Apple's on-device language model. Your entries are processed on your iPhone and are not sent to us or to Apple.
Notifications
Check-in reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. They are not sent through any server.
Sharing
If you tap the share button on a daily summary, the text goes wherever you choose to send it. Nothing is shared unless you do that yourself.
Feedback emails
If you tap "Send feedback", your mail app opens a message to us. We only see what you choose to send, and we use it only to reply and improve the app.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Erase all data in the app, or delete the app. Either removes everything it stored.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
